I promised to post work in progress photos of this piece. This is a complicated piece so I decided not to post images every day. This image is after the third day of work. The colors are blocked in and I’ve started adding some details to the fish.

This is another in my series of striped paintings. Here is a striped bowl with gumballs and a polka dot bowl with peppermints. I got this plate at a thrift store and I believe it is handmade.
My favorite part of the painting is the stripes reflecting in the bowls
